Frustration seems to be a common theme with office managers of dental practices. I empathize with you if you are in this profession, as it makes for a long day in your practice. We know, as we’ve been seeing this issue for quite some time now.
I’ve spoken to dozens and dozens of office managers for dental practices, and many of them are our clients now. They are frustrated beyond belief. From what I hear, they wear so many hats in a practice, they cannot get everything done that’s on their daily list and keep the practice running smoothly.
The office manager has the role of director of operations. She (or he) has to deal with the day-to-day operations of the practice, allowing the doctor to focus on patient care.
