Getting into the mind of your potential patient will take you a long way in improving your marketing to both resonate and understand WHY people make decisions
In our world, everything is FAST!
When people are online, they are distracted easily. If you’ve been lucky enough to get a visitor to land on your porcelain veneer page, you don’t want to lose them. You want to grab them in the first 5 seconds so they will consume your content.
People don’t care about you and your practice. All they care about is getting that dream smile that gives them more confidence. You do that by talking directly to them with every word on your website, and by showing proof of your work with before and after pictures.
As you can see with my video, I’m a big believer in using video on your dental website for better engagement and higher conversions. When people see a video of you talking about the benefits of Porcelain Veneers and you are presenting in the correct way, you will see an immediate boost in scheduled consults.
I would strongly recommend doing 2-3 education videos explaining the benefits of veneers, and how they can dramatically change their appearance and confidence. These videos should be no longer than 90 seconds. Any longer and you’ll lose them.
This is one of the most powerful forms of marketing online. Having “real” patients speaking from the heart about how your dental work changed their lives. People gravitate to real-life stories. Look at how big reality TV is but we all know that is not all-together real.
Get 2-3 of your happiest veneer patients to do a raw video using a smartphone. Put it on your website, use it on social media (with their okay), and watch what happens to your production.
Social proof is another big conversion element that needs to be addressed on your website. An example would be logos from the ADA, AACD any regional organizations you belong to, and any awards you’ve been chosen for like “Top Doc” in your city. Gather as many as you can, and this will boost your conversions and number of people calling to schedule an appointment.
So now you have some homework to do on your website to increase your porcelain veneer production and revenues, but all of this won’t make a difference if you don’t have people finding your newly revised porcelain veneer webpage.
Whether you implement google ppc (ads), SEO, Facebook it is a must you implement a marketing strategy that drives new visitors to your new webpage.
