Of all the dental practices we speak with, many have now at least grasped the importance of having a Facebook page. Many are not utilizing it properly, but I’m happy to see you have a page at a minimum.
For the time-being Facebook is still growing, but for how long no one knows. I call it “riding the wave”. What I mean is Facebook has over 1.3 billion active users per month.
What’s that mean for your practice?
It means if you implement a Facebook marketing strategy you can target your “ideal patient” very effectively. There is no better digital marketing strategy (even google adwords) than Facebook at the moment.
Just imagine all the different patients you can go after…
Are you seeing how obscenely valuable this can be to your practice?
We have many strategies within the FB marketing platform that can extract (and expose) the maximum number of ideal dental prospects for your specific area, so you know if they have a need (or want) and live near your practice, they will call you.
But…in order for them to call you, you must have an enticing offer.
I’m not saying for you to be the Walmart of dentistry in your area. Nor the groupon guru. Just a simple offer that gets them in your chair, and then it’s up to you and your staff to have your internal system in place to get them to become a long-term patient that is wanting higher-end dental procedures done.
Another great thing about Facebook advertising and marketing is you set the budget. You can determine how much you want to spend on a daily basis, so you don’t get stuck with a huge bill.
If you are tracking your results on each campaign you run, you can quickly find out the best ROI and scale it up to as many new patients as you can handle. I know it looks like I’m making it sound like an ATM cash machine. It’s not quite that easy, but once you determine your winning campaigns, you can up the budget to as high as you want, because you know what your ROI is.
I wanted to get this article up quickly, so I will cover this topic in more detail in future articles.
